“I grew up in Othello, Washington, about an hour from here. We’d work in the fields all day.”
When he wasn’t in Othello, he moved around a lot, due to his family’s occupation. They came to America as migrant workers. His childhood was at times uncertain, he at one point in his life ended up with the wrong crowd and got involved with the gang life, he managed to get out though through golf. And we’ll get more to that later. He also worked a lot in the fields, helping his parents support the family.
