Paint a vivid picture—graduation caps in the air, the final bell ringing, or students walking the halls one last time.
As the class of 2025 prepares to move on, many are taking time to reflect on what they’ll miss most about their time at Pasco High.
This article captures the voices of seniors as they look back on their high school experience and the parts that meant the most to them.
First, we will hear responses that were the most heartfelt.
Our first senior is Hailey Erbenich: After graduation, I think I will miss my friends, teachers, and coaches the most because they’ve always been there for me and had a huge impact on my life.
Zakiyah Webster: I will miss all the connections I made with teachers and the friends I want to be able to see all the time. I’ll also miss having free time, being able to relax, and not being constantly stressed unless it’s midterm season. I will especially miss Jesie Ilhy, Samantha Estes, John Weisenfield, and Mr. Menchaca.
Kelsie Olson: I’m definitely going to miss the teachers. They really made a difference in my high school experience. Getting to know them gave me more motivation and made it fun to go to school.
Ally Perez: I will miss the teachers, Mr. Quick, Mrs. Smith, Mr. Wisenfield, Mr. Murguia, and Mr. Cornell. They helped me grow up and become a better version of myself. They also helped me through tough times and cared when nobody else did. They made the high school pressure worth it.
Esteban Osorio: I will miss the friendships I made and lost along the way, including those who graduated before me. PHS was filled with highs and lows. Despite losing friends along the way, building those friendships and allowing myself to get to know people is something worth missing. I will also miss being able to treasure the moments and memories.
Angel Cordoba: I’m going to miss Mr. Chavez because he helped me create my own pathway to becoming a music teacher. I’ll also miss the delicious food, especially the noodles with the orange chicken. Lastly, I will miss the friends I made along the way.
Samantha Miranda: Something I will miss the most is all the opportunities I have had. I have to do the things I enjoy while surrounded by people who share my passion. I was given the most opportunities in band. I got to be in a year-long percussion class every year of high school, participate in marching band, and play in the pep band. I was able to attend every football and basketball game, and i even got the chance to play a drum during state send offs. Everything was spectacular, and I wouldn’t have wanted to spend time at Pasco High any other way. I’m so grateful that Pasco High gave me all those opportunities and hired amazing band teachers who helped me become the best version of myself. I will miss them so much.
Alina Ortega: I will miss making new friends. I will miss my favorite teacher, Mrs. Newbury. She made these past four years fun and exciting, and I will miss getting to meet new people, making friendships in her class, and just getting to know her.
Leah Hutson: I think who I’ll miss most is my counselor, Mr. Kincaid. He’s done nothing but be so supportive of me and was willing to bend backwards to see me succeed in life. He’s watched me struggle through thick and thin, and I couldn’t be more grateful for someone who actually cares.
Isaak Beslik: I’m going to miss my friends and new experiences, as well as the cool teachers like Mr. Neidhold and Mrs. Adams. They were very motivating and helped me pass a couple of classes. They care for students like no other teacher does. I’ll also miss the free lunches.
Christian Valdivia: I will miss the band. When asked about how the band feels to me, I say it feels like a second home. Everyone I know there is always friendly, and we always have a great time together, regardless of whether you know them or not. School felt like it started in the second instead of the first.
Desmond Hill: I’ll miss all the friends I made along the way and the teachers whose nerves I’ve got on for the past four years. And I will miss basketball and all the memories I made.
Now, let’s hear the quick and easy ones:
Aiden Runnion: I will miss my friends and our conversations. I’ll also miss some teachers, like Mrs. Reabel and Mrs. Hutchison.
Yesi B: MY FRIENDS!
Marcus Salgado: I will miss Mrs. Dunn and my art class.
Pahola B: I will miss my friends and certain teachers.
Mya Luna: Nothing FORGET this school.
Josue Reyes: I will miss seeing Covington every day.
Leo Salgado: I will miss football.
Nicole Cooke: Wrestling and weight training.
Ethan Cooke: 0 Hour Weight Training.
Isabella Padilla: I will definitely miss all my teachers.
Beverly Cruz: I’m gonna miss the people I grew up with and the Mariachi group, which I hope expands more.
Jahsen Hafla: My friends and all the free time I had.
Angel Ruiz: I will miss the easy work and my friends.
Ricardo Navarro: I will miss skipping and having fun with my friends.
Angel Ruiz: I will miss my easy work and my friends.
Angel Alverez: I will miss having all the time in the world and the friends I made along the way.
Alejandro Castillo: I had free time and could chill in class.
Steven Flores: I will miss seeing everyone together and the random things at school.
Andrew Eikenbary: Friends, having fun, skipping class, and eating.
Isaac Paris: I will miss being able to hang out with friends in metals and with friends in general.
Ezequiel: I’m going to miss seeing my friends and hanging out with them. I will also miss the nice teachers.
Stephen Clark: I will miss my friends, some of my teachers, the freedom of life, and the lunch food.
