Are you a migrant student at Pasco High School who is falling behind? Don’t worry! You can attend the Summer Credit Recovery program for PHS Migrants to recover some credits at Pasco High during the summer.
Who is allowed to attend?
Students enrolled in the migrant program are those who temporarily move from different places, often due to their parents working in agriculture, fishing, or food processing.
What subjects will they focus on? What will students work on?
This summer program will cover various subjects, including math, English, science, social studies, ELD (English Language Development), and physical education (PE). Students who received an F as their final grade are eligible to attend and can complete projects to improve their grades.
Are they required to attend every day?
No, students can stop attending whenever they are satisfied with their grades. Most students aim to improve their grades to at least a D (60%) and then leave.
What grades can attend?
Any grade level can participate, including freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are not graduating.
What are the dates for the program?
The program runs from June 17 to July 2.
Will they provide meals?
Yes, both breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Will they provide transportation?
Yes, transportation will be available for those who need it.
How can I join the summer program or the migrant program at Pasco High?

What is the daily schedule?
– **8:00 – 8:30 AM:** Breakfast is served in the cafeteria
– **8:30 – 11:00 AM:** Working session
– **11:00 AM – 12:00 PM:** Lunchtime in the cafeteria (students can leave campus but must return on time for the next session)
– **12:00 – 2:30 PM:** Another working session
