Everyone’s favorite time of the year is finally here! Family’s putting up decorations and taking down Halloweens skulls and pumpkins, putting a nice warm fire place on, drinking hot chocolate, and finally putting an all time favorite Christmas movie. #1 Home Alone (1990)
An eight-year-old troublesome boy Kevin McCallister acts out before the family’s big trip and is told he must sleep in the attic; he mistakenly makes a wish towards his mom and whole family but did not think anything of it. Kevin then wakes up to an empty house in the morning full of excitement but soon turns into panic when he realizes. He must protect his precious family’s home from two burglars when they accidentally leave him home alone when going on this trip. Kevin sets up traps all around the home to try and survive the nights without his big family.
#2 The Nightmare before Christmas (1993)
If you and your family are looking for a classic kids movie then this is it. The nightmare before Christmas can have an off-putting title but really is such a great movie to watch with family and friends. Directed by Tim burton, Jack skeleton Halloween Towns pumpkin king. Who realizes he is bored from doing the same routine of spooking people on Christmas night. Jack accidentally discovers Christmas town, he stares at all the bright lights lit up around the small town of elves and snow. After jack makes this wonderful discover, he had a plan to bring Christmas in his control by kidnapping Santa Claus and taking over for him.
#3 A Charlie Brown Christmas (1965)
Christmas time is here for Charlie brown and his dog peanut, Charlie should be happy but for some reason he is not at all. Lucy one of Charlie brown’s friends tells him he should become the school’s director for the Christmas pageant. Charlie hopes to find the true meaning of Christmas spirit but gets frustrated. When Charlie attempts to up his Christmas sport with a little tree, he fails. He needs Linus help to see what the real Christmas spirit is at.
#4 Elf (2003)
Buddy who was accidentally shipped to the north pole as a baby was raised by Santas elves. He starts to feel outcaste and not fitting in, he takes a trip to New York city hopefully to find his real father. When buddy goes to the city he finds his business man of a father Walter Hobbes. When Walter seen a man dressed in a elf costume insisting that was his father he asked for a DNA test, once it came back positive he wanted to start a relationship with buddy and get to know where his son had been and what he is like.
