“I felt confident…after the game I felt amazing about how I performed and how my teammates performed as well,” he said. “We had worked very hard during the game to win, so I’m very thankful that we took that win against Mead.”
Angel shared that he had nerves coming into the game.
“I was nervous because of the fact it was the first district game and afterwards I was really happy we had won the game,” he said.
While some players were nervous and others felt confident, everybody was happy at the end of the game because they were able to come home with the win and advance further into districts, with a chance to get to the district finals. Pasco players are ready to come out and give everything they have the entire game to show other teams that they are not going to be easy to beat and are going to have to work really hard to beat them.
